These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of matchkundalis.com (the "Service"), operated by Jyotish Research ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service — including submitting birth details for a compatibility calculation or purchasing a report — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older, or by a parent/guardian entering details on behalf of a minor for the purpose of marriage-compatibility assessment. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Description of Service
The Service performs Vedic astrology marriage-compatibility calculations — including Ashta Koota, Tamil Porutham, and Kerala Porutham matching systems, and, in the paid report, additional classical analyses (Nadi Dosha, Bhakoot Dosha, Mangal Dosha, Paap Samya, Shadastaka) — based on the birth date, time, and place you provide. A basic result is shown on the website free of charge; a detailed PDF report is available for a one-time fee of ₹149 via Razorpay.
User Responsibilities — Accuracy of Birth Details
Vedic astrological calculations are highly sensitive to the accuracy of birth date, time, and place. You are solely responsible for entering correct birth details. We are not responsible for inaccurate results arising from incorrect, incomplete, or estimated birth information that you provide.
Intellectual Property
All calculation methodology, report design, layout, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Jyotish Research. You may download and use a purchased PDF report for your own personal or family reference. You may not resell, redistribute commercially, or represent a purchased report as generated by a service other than MatchKundalis.
Digital Products
The compatibility PDF report is a digital product, generated automatically and delivered electronically upon successful payment. No physical product is shipped (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).
Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, the transaction is considered complete, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The Service provides astrological compatibility information based on classical Vedic astrology principles for guidance and educational purposes. Astrology is interpretative in nature, and we make no guarantee regarding the accuracy of birth-detail-dependent calculations, marital outcomes, or any decision made in reliance on a report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service or reliance on any report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our support channel; if unresolved, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
