No physical products. matchkundalis.com sells a digital compatibility report only. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.
Digital delivery. Upon successful payment via Razorpay, your detailed compatibility PDF report is generated automatically and made available for download directly on the website.
Delivery timing. Delivery is immediate in the vast majority of cases — the report is typically ready to download within moments of successful payment confirmation.
Occasional delays. In rare cases, technical issues (e.g., a temporary server or payment-gateway delay) may cause a short delay in report generation. If your report does not become available shortly after a successful payment, please wait a few minutes and refresh before contacting support.
Support for delivery issues. If your report fails to generate or download after successful payment, contact jyotishresearch@gmail.com with your payment reference, and we will redeliver your report or process a refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
