Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made on matchkundalis.com.

Digital product. The ₹149 compatibility report is a digital product generated automatically and immediately after successful payment. There is no physical product and no shipping involved.
Immediate delivery. Because the report is generated and made available for download immediately upon successful payment confirmation, once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, it is generally not eligible for a refund — the same principle that applies to most digital, non-returnable products.
Duplicate payments. If you are charged more than once for the same report due to a technical or payment-gateway error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full after we verify the duplicate transaction with Razorpay. Please contact jyotishresearch@gmail.com with both transaction reference numbers.
Failed report generation. If your payment was successful but the report was not generated or could not be downloaded due to a technical issue on our end, we will either regenerate and redeliver your report at no additional cost, or issue a full refund, at your preference. Please contact support within a reasonable time of the failed transaction.
Incorrect birth details entered by the user. Since report generation depends entirely on the birth details you submit, reports generated correctly based on the information you provided are not eligible for a refund on the grounds that you later realize the input details were incorrect. You are encouraged to double-check all birth details before completing payment.
How to request a refund or report an issue. Email jyotishresearch@gmail.com with your payment/order reference, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge refund and support requests during our support hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST) and resolve verified cases within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund method. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
